Affordable quotations are available for all UK, EPO & PCT patent
application drafting. The quotation value will depend upon the
complexity of the innovation and the number of legal issues it raises.
Our drafting is full (I.e. including claims as opposed to provisional
drafting), and is hybrid. By hybrid we mean that applications are drafted
primarily for the UK and according to UK patent practice, but particular
additions are made to increase the suitability of the application for the
US system.
Because UK patent practice has quite broad international respect, the
resulting application should also be acceptable in a very wide range of
territories and systems including the EPO and PCT, commonwealth
countries, and European countries.
The drafting of two or more patent applications to cover multiple
inventions relating to a single product will typically be substantially less
expensive than the drafting of an equivalent number of unrelated
patent applications. Similarly there will be a charge for drafting an
application for being 'divided' into multiple applications at a later date.
